9. Remove Anti-Spin plate & Gasket by removing two Phillips head screws on outside of enclosure.
10. While holding inlet regulator bonnet, carefully remove the inlet bulkhead fitting.

11. Using two 7/8” wrenches, one on the hex closest to the switch mechanism and the other on the connecting nut (the next
hex away from the switchover unit), carefully loosen connection.
12. After completely unthreaded, the inlet regulator can be shifted away from the switch mechanism and will be able to be
removed. Refer to page 45 for proper taping procedure of NPT style threads.

13. Move the inlet regulator tube fitting and dial gauge from the ‘faulty’ regulator to the replacement regulator.
14. Install replacement regulator and tighten the outlet tube fitting.
15. The replacement regulator was shipped preset to the approximate required inlet pressure. The dial gauge provided on
inlet regulator indicates the outlet pressure of the inlet regulator. The dial gauges on each side should match the values
listed in the table below:

11. If adjustment is necessary, locate the Allen wrench attached to the inside panel. Place the Allen wrench into the set
screw and adjust the pressure to the desired value. Turning the set screw clockwise increases pressure.
Counterclockwise decreases pressure. The system will not decrease in pressure if there is no flow.
12. Re-install the pressure transducer, see page 45 for detailed instructions on installing transducer.
13. Re-install inlet bulkhead and anti-spin plates in reverse order.
14. Repair is complete. Close door and re-attach screws.
