• Where an oven is located under the cooktop, the pipe or the hose should lead along the cabinet’s back corner to
avoid touching the oven’s hot parts.
• The manufacturer bears no responsibility for damage caused to people or objects as a result of defective
installation.
• The gas piping must be led so that it does not come into contact with the hot parts of the unit, without
deformations or excessive bends.
Connecting to the mains
• Only authorized personnel can install the connection!
• Make sure the mains voltage and current protection correspond to the values on the rating plate.
Use earthed
wall outlets only.
• Where the appliance is not connected to the wall outlet, the line must have a switch or a circuit breaker, with a
disengaged contact distance of 3 mm, minimum.
• The cable plug or the breaker should be easily accessible after the installation.
• Do not use adapter plugs, connectors or extension cables. They could create a risk of fire due to overheating.
• The electrical safety of the unit can only be guaranteed if the protective terminal of the unit is connected to the
protective conductor of the mains.
• The manufacturer bears no responsibility for damage caused to people or objects as a result of a missing or bad
protective connection.
• The power cord must be located so that it does not come into contact with the hot parts!
• Follow the wire color marking when connecting the appliance to the terminal box or branch box.
• Next to the wires screwed to the box, secure the cable against being pulled out.
Follow the installation instructions:
1. Remove all the covering and marketing materials from the unit before the first use.
2. The appliance is designed to be fixed into a cut-out kitchen board (30 – 40 mm thick), with thermo-resistant
surfaces. Paint coating or foil covering of the cutting areas is recommended to prevent moisture from
entering.
3. The work bench should be levelled, with the rear side sealed against water. The appliance’s bottom shelf
should be unusable with an oven installed. A special arrangement should be necessary for an oven with upper
circulation to enable installation beneath the cooktop.
4. For the cooktop and necessary opening dimensions, refer to Figs. 7a, 7b. Allow a side gap of a minimum of 150
mm for the adjacent cabinets. Allow a rear side gap of a minimum of 55 mm.
