Operation Guidance

Preparation before Training

1)

Make sure the trainer is in a stable place.

2)

Connect the power cord: connect the male end of the power supply

cord to an appropriate electrical outlet, and connect the female end

of the power supply cord into the socket on the unit.

3)

Press the Power switch to start the unit.



Before you plug the DQAPT into a main socket please check

that the voltage of the device stated on the marking

corresponds with the voltage of the power supply. The DQAPT

is earthed by the ground wire in the mains cable.

Use Heart Rate Sensor

1)

Wear the Heart Rate Sensor according to its user manual.

2)

The Bluetooth icon

appears in the upper right corner of the

MAIN MENU, indicating that the heart rate sensor has been paired

and connected with the unit.
