Removal and Replacement

Removing the Network Interface Controller (NIC)

Disassembly

Sequence

Processor

NIC

Perform the
preparation
procedures.

Remove
the hood.

Remove

the screw

from the

NIC

bracket.

Unplug the

NIC from

its slot.

End of

sequence. To

replace the

NIC, reverse

this procedure.
