IP Configuration
To configure the IP Settings and DHCP client function
DHCP Client:
When DHCP client function is enabled, the switch will be assigned an IP
address from the network DHCP server. The default IP address will be replaced by the
DHCP server assigned IP address. After the user selects
Apply
button, a popup dialog
box appears. This is to inform the user that when the DHCP client is enabled, the current
IP will be lost and the user should find the new IP address on the DHCP server.
IP Address:
Assigning the IP address that the network is using. If the DHCP client
function is enabled, and the user does not need to assign an IP address, the network
DHCP server will assign the IP address for the switch and display it in this column. The
default IP address is 192.168.10.1.
Subnet Mask:
Assigning the subnet mask of the IP address. If DHCP client function is
enabled, the user does not need to assign the subnet mask.
Gateway:
Assigning the network gateway for the switch. The default gateway is
192.168.10.254.
DNS1:
Assign the primary DNS IP address.
DNS2:
Assign the secondary DNS IP address.
And then, select
