integrated has been installed.

• Before scrapping the motor pump make sure there is no pressurised oil in the hydraulic motor.

• Also follow the instructions contained in the manual of the machine in which the motor pump
is integrated.
• Before doing any jobs, perform the operations described in the
“STOP”
paragraph.

The pump does not prime.
Suction of air.
Air trapped in the pump.
Check the integrity of the suction circuit.
Check the condition of the air bleeder circuit.
The pump fails to reach max
flow rate.
Rotation speed insufficient.
Suction circuit blockages.
Check the condition of the hydraulic circuit.

Irregular pressure and flow rate
(pulsating).
Air suction.
The motor pump has not completed
priming.
Check the integrity of the suction circuit.
Prime the pump according to the indications of
the
“OPERATION”
paragraph.
Too much noise.
Suction circuit blockages.
Water supply temperature too high.
Check the condition of the suction circuit.
Keep to the temperatures indicated in the
“SPECIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL DATA”
paragraph.
