Once all pressure leaves the tank, the tank seal ball will visibly drop allowing the operator to
load abrasive media into the tank for blasting. Use the chart below to add the correct portions
for blasting and to set the metering valve. Once abrasive media is added to the tank, close the
Blowdown valve and open the Air supply to the tank. The Tank Ball will rise to the opening and seal
the tank.

On the Selector Plate toggle the switch down to the ABRASIVE DRY ICE position.

When the switch is in this position the Dry Ice Blaster and the E-CO
2
150 are activated. When the
trigger is depressed both dry ice and abrasive will be added to the blast stream. In this mode you
must ensure that the blast pressure of the Dry Ice Blaster is not set above 150 psi (10.3 bar).
WARNING
NEVER
operate the E-CO
2
150 without a muffler on the Blow-down valve.
Without the muffler, the sudden release of compressed air can cause severe
injury.
