To lift the PLT 60, use the method illustrated:
WARNING Do not lift the PLT 60 using the front handle bar, upper handle bar, or the
lower bumper as there will be no stability which could cause damage or harm
to personnel.
To store the PLT 60, see section “Shutting Down the PLT 60” on page 26.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
WARNING Only trained and/or certified personnel should operate the PLT 60.
WARNING Do not operate the PLT 60 without proper PPE.
Prior to operating the PLT 60, or loading dry ice into the hopper, proper PPE must be used. It is
recommended that each operator is trained on the proper use of PPE.
Wear protective gloves.
Wear hearing protection.
Wear eye protection.
Read operator and maintenance manual.
