3. Remove the controller card from any packaging.
4. Extend the ejector lever on the card completely.
5. Insert the controller card module into slot 1 or slot 14 such that the ejector lever sits on the

bottom-left-hand side of the module.

6. Push the controller card firmly into the slot. The ejector lever begins to close.
