Mastic Dispensing Operation
4) Set Rotary Switch on
Mastic Control Panel
to “
OFF ” and the
Rock Burner toggle
switch to
“On”
Allow Rock Burner to preheat for a minimum of
45 minutes
5) Set Sealant Flow Control
to ‘5’
6) Set Rock Flow Control
to ‘9’
7) Set Rotary Switch
on Mastic Control
Panel to “
MASTIC ”
8) OPEN the Mastic Gate to
begin mixing and dispensing
Note: Machine is configured to prioritize the mastic mixing chamber, wand will not operate
while the mastic system is in operation.
The Sealant Flow Control is
located below the
MAIN CONTROL PANEL
The Rock Flow Control is
located below the
MASTIC CONTROL PANEL
NOTICE
9) CLOSE the Mastic Gate
to stop dispensing
Note: Instructions will provide a 2:1 Rock to Sealant Mixing Ratio, for alternative mixing
ratios see Mixing Chart on last page of the instruction manual.
