2) Attendant voice will “Welcome you to your voicemail.”

3) After this Push “5” on your Phone Keypad for Advanced Options

4) Push “3” on your Phone Keypad for “Record Name”

5) Attendant voice will ask you to record your name after the beep. Follow her directions.

6) After recording your name select “1” to listen to your name, “2” to save your name or “3” to

re-record your name.

7) Once your satisfied with how your name sounds select “2” to save and then hang up. Your

name is now saved in the system and will be used in the company directory.
