5. To replace fan 3, remove the four M3 screws with a Phillips #1 screwdriver securing the fan.

6. Remove the harnesses from the clips.

7. Replace the affected fan.

8. To re-install, follow these steps in reverse order.

Replacing fans 4 and 5

The fans 4 and 5  draw the air into the projector and provides exhaust cooling for the front laser driver 
bank and rear laser driver bank.
