9.3

PC visualisation and evaluation software

The visualisation is a program stored in the control and serves the graphic representation

of the user surface. A connection with the wash unit might be created by means of a free

software (VNC-Viewer, e.g. Real VNC) via Ethernet (PC network). The VNC-Viewer and

the network connectivity are not part of the delivery extent. The VNC-Viewer can be

downloaded free of charge from the Internet.

The following functions in the visualisation differ from one another:

•

operation terminal

– illustration of the operation panel with limited functionality depending on the activa-

tion

•

wash counts

– indication of the current wash counts with listing of the wash and additional pro-

grams used

•

operation data memory

– chronological wash and error information

•

wash data

– back-up of the wash data from the PLC to the PC or a network drive

•

The device on which the VNC-Viewer is installed and the unit must be on the same

network

•

Software VNC-Viewer, version 5.0.3 or higher, installed

•

256 colours must be available in the VNC-Viewer.

•

The main switch of the unit is in ON position.
