9. Remove the upper bar ( F ) and undo its 2 attachement screws.
10. Undo and remove the 5 attachement screws ( G ) of the white
plastic plate.
11. Remove the white plastic plate bonded to the locking plates
(left and right) and to the heating plate.
12. Unscrew the temperature limiter from the heating plate ( H ) and
replace it.
13. Refit the white plastic plate on the locking plates and the heat-
ing plate - put silicone mastic on the mating surfaces in order
to ensure the block watertightness, then fix the plate using the
5 attachment screws.
14. Remount the upper bar and its two attachment screws.
15. Remount the wired thermocouple (see op. 2-3) on the white
plastic plate.
16. Remount the magnet detector for the bowl (see op. 2-3) on the
white plastic plate.
17. Replace all heating resistors in the proper order (see figure
opposite), while taking care to first coat the new resistors with
compound grease before inserting them in the mixer plates.
18. Remount the temperature sensor in the heating plate - if
needed coat the sensor with silicone heat conductive com-
pound.
19. Put some silicone mastic on the resistors and temperature
sensor visible portions at the white plastic plate level.
20. Reconnect the wires from the resistors and the temperature
limiter on the terminal block (see figure opposite).
21. Reinstall the left and right Mixolab casings (see op. 1-1) .
