Mixolab
1. Remove the left and right casings (see op. 1-1) .
2. Unscrew the wired thermocouple connector, then unplug the
thermocouple cable (
A ).
3. Loosen and remove the Nylstop locking nut ( B ) (1), then
loosen the thermocouple fixation nut ( B ) (2).
4. Using flat pliers, pull on the thermocouple and extract it from
the white plastic plate (
C ).
Note: The dismantling of the thermocouple on the old Mixolab is
performed by loosing the unique thermocouple fixation nut
and then by pulling it on using flat pliers.
Note: To replace the thermocouple support, loosen its fixation nut,
then unscrew the thermocouple support from the white plas-
tic plate. Install the new thermocouple support by screwing it
on the white plastic plate, then screw the fixation nut on the
support (without blocking it).
5. Adapt the shape of the new thermocouple so that it is identical
to the old one.
6. Insert the Nylstop locking nut onto the new thermocouple.
7. Place the new thermocouple in its receptacle so that it pro-
trudes of 5 mm from the bowl inside surface (

8. Tighten moderately the thermocouple fixation nut, then tighten
the Nylstop locknut.
9. Plug the new sensor cable then fix the connector to the chas-
sis.
10. Calibrate the thermocouple (see op. 11-2) .
11. Reinstall the left and right Mixolab casings (see op. 1-1) .
