Mixolab
The coeffi cient "K fl our" allo ws to align the Mixolab with a ref erence .
1. Chec k that K fl our is equal to 1 otherwise set it to 1 if neces -
sar y . In the maintenance men u, clic k on bro wn cor ner ( A ).
2. Enter the password "1576" and set the coefficient K flour to 1.
Click on OK to validate and close.
3. Run a test with a flour whose main characteristics are known
(moisture, hydration an hydration basis) using the CHOPIN
protocol.
4. Stop the test after 10 min and record the torque C1.
5. Check the coefficient K flour with the formula .
6. In the maintenance menu, click on brown corner ( A ) and enter
the password "1576" .
7. Enter the K flour and click on "OK" to validate and exit ( B ).
