Next, you will need to attach the (4) four Adjustable Platform Sidewall Supports to Ring #1 of the
Sidewall Stack. To do so, you must start by drilling 1/2” holes through the Sidewall Sheet. The left
pair and right pair of Adjustable Platform Sidewall Supports will be spaced (2) two single punched
holes apart from one another and the two pairs will be separated by (3) three single punched holes.
First, drill the 1/2" holes for the left, inside Adjustable Platform Sidewall Support. These holes will be
located directly under the first single punched hole to the left of the vertical sidewall seam. Drill the
(3) holes on the Third, Sixth and Eighth corrugations.
Important Note: The top hole of ALL Adjustable Platform Sidewall Supports will fasten in a hole in the
line of single punched holes across the top of the top ring used to connect to the roof assembly.
Next you will need to remove the fastener in the first single punched hole to the left of the vertical
seam then mount the Adjustable Platform Sidewall Support using (4) four 7/16” Bin Bolts and 7/16”
Whiz Nuts through the (3) three drilled holes and the single punched hole at the top of the First
Sidewall Sheet.
Important Note: If installing the Adjustable Commercial Eave Platform Assembly on a fully stiffened
bin you will need to install the outer Adjustable Platform Sidewall Support closest to the ladder over
the stiffener using the same (4) four fasteners used in the stiffener channel.
To install an Adjustable Platform Sidewall Support over the stiffener you must remove the previously
installed fasteners in the channel of the stiffener located over the First, Second, Sixth and Eight
Corrugations. The other Adjustable Platform Sidewall Supports will follow normal mounting
procedures.

For a normal installation of the left outer Adjustable Platform Sidewall Support, drill (3) three holes on
the Third, Sixth and Eighth corrugations directly under the Third single punched hole left of the vertical
sidewall seam.
