3 Inspection & Adjustment
Steering Column
Park the scooter with main stand, lift front tire,
hold the lower part of shock-absorber and
shake back and forth to see if there is any sway.
In case of any sway, check if it is the problem of
the steering column or other parts and then do
the maintenance accordingly.
In case of sway of the steering column, tighten
the locknut or disassemble the steering column
for further check.
Lift the front wheel, slowly turn the handlebar
left and right to see if it can turn freely.
In case there is any hindrance, check if it is from
the main cable assembly or other cables. Or
disassemble the steering column and check if
the steering column bearing bracket is damaged.
Brake system
Brake lever clearance
Operate front and rear brake lever, check
brake efficiency and brake lever function.
Check play of lever ends..
Play: 10-20mm
