4.3 VALVE INSTALLATION
A)
Introduce the valve in CLOSED position between the flange adaptors (where there have to be H dimension T 2.2).
Avoid dirty or strange elements in the gasket flat faces.
When introducing the valve, be careful of not damaging the gaskets.
B)
Install the bolts, nuts and washers following the order and the torque indicated in the Fig. 5 and T 5.2.
It will be necessary to install all the bolts in the flange holes, even if they do not fix a valve hole. In other situations the valve could
not work correctly.
Is it always compulsory to use washers between flange and bolt or flange and nut.
C)
Manual testing of the valve working.
Change the actuator selector handle in MANUAL position (B) MAN (Fig 6).
Open the valve turning the actuator wheel counterclockwise to the “90” position (Fig. 7). The valve must be opened without dif-
ficulty. If the opening or closing of the valve takes any inconvenience, check the Troubleshooting table (T 13)
Change again the actuator selector to (A) AUTO position (Fig 6).
4.4 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
A)
Check that the valve voltage indicated in the actuator label corresponds to your power supply.
B)
Disassembly the power connector (GREY EN175301-803 A) to wire it following the electric diagram:
IMPORTANT:
Use a wire of 8 to 10.5mm diameter and keep all the connector elements: o-rings, cable gland, etc. With a non ap-
propiate wire, the tightness degree (IP protection) could be lost.
