Warranty
We provide service and support through our authorized partner worldwide. Kindly contact
them for any problem or requirement about N-gene. The product is provided under warranty
for a certain period, you can get the after-sales service at anytime. But the warranty does not
extend to (a) misuse, neglect, accident or abuse, (b) improperly repaired, or altered or
modified in any way, and (c) used in violation of instructions furnished by end-user.
