9. Turn the MAIN SWITCH (3) to ON position.
10. Turn the ARM POSITION switch (5) to BOTTOM po-
sition to lower the arm.
11. Turn the CTWT POSITION switch (4) to RAISE posi-
tion until the lifting cylinders are fully extended.

12. Get onto the cab, and turn the engine speed throttle
to low idle position. Wait for the green cooling down
icon to appear.
13. Stop the engine and remove the starter key.
14. Step down to the ground, and reach the lifting brack-
ets of the counterweight.
15. Remove the clips (6) .
16. Remove the pins (7) .
17. Take the wire ropes (8) into the brackets.
18. Fix the wire ropes to the brackets by means of the
pins (7) , and lock the pins by means of the clips (6) .
19. Get onto the cab, start the engine, and make sure
that the gate lock lever is in central position.
20. Set the engine speed 4 - 5 steps above low idle.
