3.3 POSIzIONAMENTO DEL BORDO
Le seguenti operazioni devono essere eseguite
ogniqualvolta si utilizzi un tipo di bordo differente
(altezza, spessore o materiale del bordo).
Posizionare la bobina di bordo nell'apposito
supporto; in modo da non ostacolare la rotazione
della bobina fig. 3.3.1.
-Inserire il bordo tra le due guide in acciaio
inossidabile fig. 3.3.1.
Regolare il contenimento verticale del gruppo
tramite il pomolo A fig. 3.3. 1.
Il pomolo é avvitato su una vite. Posizionando
pomolo e vite lungo l’asola a 45° si ottiene l’altezza
di contenimento del bordo.
E’ consigliabile lasciare un gioco verticale al bordo
di 1/2 mm.
3.3 EDGE BAND POSITIONING
The following operations must be carried out each time a
different type of edge is used (height, thickness or type of
material for edging).
Place the edge coil on the support in a way have a good
turning of the coil fig. 3.3.1
Put the edge between the two stainless steel guides fig.
3.3.1
Keep the vertical position of the edge with the hold down
knob A fig. 3.3.1.
The knob is coupled with a screw. Set the knob and the
screw along the 45° slot to achieve the vertical setting of
the coil.
It is advisable to leave a 0,5 mm vertical play to the coil
for smooth sliding.
3.3 POSITIONNEMENT DU CHANT
Les opérations suivantes doivent être effectuées à chaque
fois qu'on utilise un type de chant différent (hauteur,
épaisseur ou matériau du chant).
Monter le crosillon de façon à ne pas gêner la rotation de la
bobine fig. 3.3.1.
Introduire le chant entre les deux guides en acier
inoxydable fig. 3.3.1.
Régler la position verticale du groupe à l’aide de la poigné
A fig. 3.3.1.
La poigné est vissé sur la vis. En positionnant la poignée et
la vis le long de la rainure à 45° on obtient la hauteur du
chant.
On conseille de laisser un jeu vertical au chant de 0,5 mm.
