11. Software updating
11.1 Notes for the release 1.2:
The software release 1.2 - in comparaison with the pre-
vious 1.1 rel.- includes the following changes:
• Added “selection 7” on “P8” and “P9” parameters
• Added the following parameters:
- “PA” : low pressure alarm selection
- ”Pb”: high temperature alarm set
- “PC”: high temperature alarm delayed at start-up
Programming with hardware key
• With a release 1.1 programmed key when programming
µchiller compact 1.2 version, the parameters which did
not exist before, take the default value.
• With a released 1.2 programmed key it is not possible
to copy the program in the previous µchiller compact
version (release1.1).
In the present guide the following option technical features
are also included:
• MCHSMLSER0: serial converter for µchiller compact
• MCHSML4200: converter module for pressure probes
• MCHTER00C0: remote terminal
11.2 Notes for the release 1.3:
The software release 1.3 - in comparaison with the pre-
vious 1.2 rel.- includes the following changes:
• Added “selection 8, 9” on “P8” and “P9” parameters
• Added the following parameters:
- “H6” : Cooling/heating digital input with P8 and P9
selected at 8/9
Programming with hardware key
• With a release 1.2 programmed key when programming
µchiller compact 1.3 version, the parameters which did
not exist before, take the default value.
• With a released 1.3 programmed key it is not possible
to copy the program in the previous µchiller compact
version (release 1.2).
11.3 Notes for version 1.4:
The software release 1.4, in respect to the previous 1.3
has the following variations:
• Additional management of the second compressor in
tandem for “cooling-only” machines, parameters r5, c4,
c5, cA and HE.
• Additional management of the pump according to time,
parameters cd, cE and H5
• Additional “selection 10, 11” for parameters “P8”, “P9”.
• Additional “selection 9, 10” for parameter “H1”
(water-based motorcondensing).
Programming using the hardware key:
• Using a key programmed with release 1.3, when
programming the 1.4 version of the µchiller compact,
the parameters that previously did not exist assume the
default value.
• Using a key programmed with release 1.4, the program
can not be copied to the previous version µchiller
compact (release 1.3).
11. Aggiornamenti software
11.1 Note per la versione 1.2:
La release software 1.2 rispetto alla precedente 1.1 pre-
senta le seguenti variazioni:
• Aggiunta la “selezione 7” sui parametri “P8”, “P9”
• Aggiunti i parametri:
- “PA”: Selezione allarme bassa pressione
- “Pb”: Set allarme di alta temperatura
- “PC”: Ritardo allarme alta temperatura
all’accensione
Programmazione con chiave hardware:
• Con una chiave programmata con release 1.1 quando
si programma la versione 1.2 del µchiller compact,
i parametri che prima non esistevano, assumono
il valore di default.
• Con una chiave programmata con la release 1.2 non è
possibile copiare il programma nella precedente
versione di µchiller compact (release 1.1).
Nel presente manuale sono state inserite anche le carat-
teristiche tecniche delle opzioni:
• MCHSMLSER0: convertitore seriale per µchiller compact
• MCHSML4200: module convertitore per sonde di pressione
• MCHTER00C0: terminale remoto

si programma la versione 1.3 del µchiller compact,
i parametri che prima non esistevano, assumono
il valore di default.
• Con una chiave programmata con la release 1.3 non è
possibile copiare il programma nella precedente
versione di µchiller compact (release 1.2).
11.3 Note per la versione 1.4:
La release software 1.4 rispetto alla precedente 1.3
presenta le seguenti variazioni:
• Aggiunta la gestione del secondo compressore in tandem
nelle macchine “solo freddo”, parametri r5, c4, c5, cA e HE.
• Aggiunta la gestione della pompa a tempo, parametri cd,
cE e H5
• Aggiunte le “selezioni 10, 11” sui parametri “P8”, “P9”.
• Aggiunte le “selezioni 9, 10” sul parametro “H1”
(motocondensanti ad acqua).
Programmazione con chiave hardware:
• Con una chiave programmata con release 1.3 quando
si programma la versione 1.4 del µchiller compact,
i parametri che prima non esistevano, assumono
il valore di default.
• Con una chiave programmata con la release 1.4 non è
possibile copiare il programma nella precedente
versione di µchiller compact (release 1.3).
