Problem
I cannot switch on
the camera.
(Driving mode/
Security mode)
*Check the power cable and USB power socket are properly connected.
*Check the camera body is not too hot. If the ambient temperature has exceeded
the operating temperature range, cool it down and try switching it on again.
*Check the battery pack is securely attached to the camera body.
*The switch button will not be active for approximately two seconds after
the battery pack is attached.
*Press and hold the switch button for more than two seconds with
the battery pack attached.
*Check the remaining battery. Charge if insufficient.
*Check the camera body is not too hot. If the ambient temperature has exceeded
the operating temperature range, cool it down and try switching it on again.
*Check the remaining memory on the memory card.
The “Manual Recordings” folder may be almost full.
*For Impact recordings, Security recordings, and Continuous recordings,
the most recently saved file overwrites the oldest file when their respective folder
becomes full. Ensure to back up any data you want to keep to an external storage device.
*Check the memory card for its speed class and capacity.
*Check the memory card for its speed class and capacity.
*This Product records the date and time based on world standard time.
When accessing the memory card with a computer, while the times may differ, this is not
considered product failure.
*The initial setting of the date and time may not have been completed. Keep the camera
switched on for at least 40 seconds outdoors where GPS signals can be easily received.
*As data is transferred wirelessly, transfer times can vary greatly depending on
the environment.
*Large files, especially videos recorded in 4K-equivalent, will take more time to transfer.
*During Driving mode and Security mode, the switch button cannot be operated.
*If this error occurs during action mode, the blinking orange light indicates the battery
is low. Please charge the battery pack.

pressing and holding
