*If you are connecting to your smartphone for the first time, refer to the procedures on pages 15 and 16.
*You cannot connect to your smartphone in Security mode.
Turning on Wireless LAN on the camera body
When the camera is connected to the car cigarette lighter receptacle
or to the Security Add-On (DC200: sold separately)
Opening the app/confirming connection
Open the d’Action 360 app, and check that a connection has been established.
If no connection has been established, switch off the camera. Repeat the steps from procedure 1
on page 25.
Viewing/deleting media
Open the d’Action 360 app, and check that a connection has been established.
Play and delete your images/videos by following the app display.
Turning on Wireless LAN on
your smartphone
On your smartphone, turn on “Wi-Fi” under “Settings.”
Selecting the SSID
*A password is required only when connecting for the first time. (See page 16)
*A password may be required if you have changed the SSID or password, or when the OS of
your smartphone has been updated.
Turn on your car engine (turn on the ignition) to
automatically turn on Wireless LAN.
When the battery pack is attached to the camera
Press and hold the switch button for more than two seconds with the battery pack attached.
After that, press the communication button .
