Make sure that the panel was programmed properly in the Hurricane
software.

Double-check the power input at those panels.
5.
Disconnect all panels on the Communication line, and attach each panel
one at time. After one panel is working attach a second panel, verify its
connection, and repeat this process for all the panels. Using this method a
problem panel may be located.
6.
If all attempts to restore communication fail, please contact Cansec
Technical Support.
READER PROBLEMS
Symptoms: Does not read cards, no audible beep, no LED
1.
Make sure that credentials are compatible with the reader (ex. HID
HID card).
To check the possible format incompatibility, the H1000 controller flashes
the related Reader RLEDx (x = Reader port being used) a different number
of times for the type of card/format used.
Below is a table of the current LED flashing indicator number and meaning.
Meaning:
GOOD = Acceptable parity and bit count.
BAD = Correct bit count but not compatible format.
Count = Amount of flashes of the reader LED.
