Printed Documents
•
Do not touch the printed pictures for at least 30 minutes.
The colours printed at high density may not clearly appear
until about 30 minutes after they are printed.
•
After a picture is printed, we recommend that you allow it
to dry for at least 24 hours. If a picture is stored in an
album before the printed image is completely dry, this
could cause staining.
•
Do not allow documents to dry in direct sunlight, and do
not attempt to dry them with drier or any other type of
applied heat.
●
Storing Printed Documents
•
Store printed pictures in an album, a plastic folder, or a
glass frame where it will not be exposed directly to air.
Protecting pictures from direct contain with the air and from
direct sunlight, prevents deterioration of the colours.
Do not store printed pictures in albums with a plastic overlay
on a sticky surface. The pictures will stick to the surface,
making them difficult to remove.
•
If you mount pictures in a pocket picture holder, keep the
pictures deep inside your pocket or bag. With some
types of pocket picture holders and plastic folders, the
edges of the pictures could turn slightly yellow.
•
Always store printed pictures in a comfortable
environment that is not subject to high temperatures,
high humidity, or direct sunlight.
•
Avoid showing pictures outdoors or in direct sunlight.
