Paper does not feed from the sheet feeder

Check Point

Paper too thick?

Thick paper cannot be fed from the sheet feeder. Thick
paper up to 0.6 mm in thickness can be loaded manually
one sheet at a time for printing.

• Printing on thick paper

Check Point

Too many sheets loaded in the sheet feeder?

Make sure that the top of the stack does not exceed the
load limit mark embossed on the sheet feeder.
If the paper still does not feed correctly, load fewer at one
time.
