5 Patient Management

Information

Content set on the [Input restrictions] tab of the [Input Settings] screen cannot be
applied to the patient information that is imported.

Click [CSV].

Select the CSV file, and then click [Open].

The [Import patient data from file (CSV)] screen appears, and importing of the CSV file
starts.
When the import is completed, the [Close] button becomes active.

Information

When Duplicate Patients are Registered to the Patient List

A message screen appears if there are items that do not match existing patient
information. If [Yes] is clicked, the items that do not match are overwritten. If [No] is
clicked, the items are not overwritten. To manage two or more patients at a time, click
[Yes to all] or [No to all].

Click [Close].

The [Patient] screen reappears. The imported patient information appears in the patient
list.
