Feed error
Media is jammed in the
feeding path.
The print media jammed during printing. Follow the
instructions on the screen to remove the jammed print
media.
No ribbon information.
Ribbon remaining amount
can’t be displayed.
Information could not be read from the IC chip in the ribbon
cassette. Or, a ribbon cassette that has already been used up
has been loaded.
Press any key and follow the instructions on the screen.
Power cycle the printer.
Turn the power back on. If the same message appears again,
contact your place of purchase.
As warmer temp.
didn’t rise enough, warmer
was turned off .
Turn off the printer, and re-set the tube warmer in place
again.

Turn off the printer and
check the AC adapter.

The battery level is low. If you select "Yes," you can continue
printing. When you have fi nished printing, turn off the power
once. After that, replace the batteries or connect the AC
adapter.
Wrong cut length
Adjust the length?
When "Yes" is selected, the cut length is automatically
changed according to the print media.
If you select "No," the cut length will not be changed. Change
the cut length or the number of characters.
