Printing Multiple-Pages on One Sheet

Multiple pages can be printed on one sheet of paper. The number of document pages which can be
printed on one sheet of paper is 2, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 16.

To print multiple pages on one sheet

Select the required page layout from the Page Layout drop-down list box.

Click the OK button.

Display the Page Setup sheet.

Select the required page order layout
from the Page Order drop-down list
box.
