Redialing When the Line Is Busy

Canceling Automatic Redialing

If you want to cancel a transmission while the machine is waiting to redial, you must
delete the document from memory using <Memory Reference>. (See “Deleting a
Document from Memory,” on p. 5-10.)

Wait until the machine starts to redial.

Press [Stop/Reset].

The machine asks you to confirm that you want to cancel.

Press [

] (YES) to cancel redialing.

•

If you change your mind and want to continue redialing, press [

] (NO).

•

The machine prints an ERROR TX REPORT. (See “TX (Transmission) REPORT,”
on p. 7-5.)
