About Additional Functions

The ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS menus allow you to specify or register various
settings. This section explains how to access the menus and describes the
contents of the menus related to the fax functions.

• For details on copying functions and other COMMON SETTINGS menus, see

Chapter 4, “Customizing Settings,” in the

Reference Guide

.

• Before adjusting any settings, you may want to print the USER’S DATA LIST to

check the current settings. (See “Checking the Registered Information,” on p. 1-16.)
