2. Pick-up Control PCB (80_SUB)

Fig. 2-402 shows a block diagram of the

pick-up control PCB (80_SUB). The CPU
mounted on the pick-up control PCB performs the
following functions.

1) Obeys instruction from the main CPU

PCB to pick up documents

2) Controls the pick-up motor, feed motor,

and each solenoid

3) Sends instructions to the document tray

control PCB

4) Processes signals from the sensors and

mechanical counter (option)
