CHAPTER 5  TROUBLESHOOTING 

9. About 

This mode is used to display the version of 

the service mode software.  

When ‘About’ is selected from the Service 

window, the version of the service mode software 
is displayed. 

To close the window, press the ‘Close’ 

button.

This mode is used to display or change the 

total number of fed sheets and the number of 
document jams. After ‘Counter’ is selected from 
the Service window, the Change Counter window 
appears (See Fig. 5-324). This window includes 
the following information:

Total Count 

Displays total number of fed sheets. 
 

• 

P01_Jam Count 

Displays the number of occurrences of error 
code P01. 
 

• 

P02_Jam Count 

Displays the number of occurrences of error 
code P02. 
 

• 

P03_Jam Count 

Displays the number of occurrences of error 
code P03. 
 
After changing the numeric value and 

clicking the ‘Set’ button to the right, the new value 
is entered. 

To close the window, press the ‘Close’ 

button.
