Limited Functions Mode

When an error is detected, the functions related to the detected error are limited to make use
of the other functions.

When a corresponding error code is detected, turn OFF/ON the power so that the function
limitation mode is activated.
When the limitation mode is activated, scan operation is limited as the list depending on the
function to be limited.

Yes: operation continues -: operation suspended

After the power is turned OFF/ON, if the reader deems that there is no error occurred, the
