LOCK PINS
Lock Pin adjustment
NOTICE
Always leave both covers open
when adjusting lock pins to ensure trailer
access in case a lock pin does not operate
properly.
1. Start with a pin height set at 22.5 mm (.886 in)
for the front cover.
2. Start with a pin height set at 26 mm (1.024 in)
for the rear cover.

A. Pin height
3. Adjust pin to obtain a proper seal compression
around cover.
4. Verify proper latch operation.
NOTE: A loose pin height adjustment will pro-
mote water intrusion and might make the cover
rattle when trailer is moving.
NOTE: A pin mounted too tight will prevent cover
from closing securely or make it very difficult to
open.
INNER FASCIAS
LH Inner Fascia Removal
1. Open rear cover.
2. Remove bottom and middle retaining screws
from LH inner fascia.
3. Remove plastic rivet

4. Remove outside and inside top retaining
screws.

5. Remove the LH fascia from trailer.
RH Inner Fascia Removal
1. Remove the LH inner fascia. See

FASCIA REMOVAL

2. Remove the RH fascia bottom retaining screw.
3. Remove plastic rivet.
