Installing the Magneto Cover

For installation, reverse the removal procedure.
However, pay attention to the following.

Install a

NEW

magneto cover gasket.

Apply

DREI BOND SEALING COMPOUND (P/N 420

297 906)

on stator cable grommet as shown in next

illustration.

Tighten screws using the following sequence.
