Subsection 02 (PERIODIC MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES)

WARNING

Always use a silicone-based lubricant. Using
another lubricant (like a water-based lubri-
cant) could cause the throttle lever/cable to
become sticky and stiff.

Open the throttle lever housing.

Separate the housing.

Slide rubber protector back to expose throttle ca-
ble adjuster.

Screw in the throttle cable adjuster.

Remove inner housing protector.
