Error code guide

When an error code is displayed :

1. Close the hot water faucet, turn off the switch on the remote control.

2. Wait for about 5 minutes before turning the switch on again.

3. Open the hot water faucet.
If error code remains down:

1. Close the hot water faucet and turn off the switch on the remote control.

2. Take the proper action shown below and attempt operation of the appliance

again.
If the error code still shown:

1. Turn off the hot water faucet and turn off the switch on the remote control.

2. Take care of the error code displayed and contact customer service at

(844)538-7475 or email to [email protected] for any assistance.

CAUTION:

For your safety DO NOT attempt repair of gas piping, remote

control, burners, vent connectors or other safety devices. Refer repairs to

qualified service personnel.

CAUTION:

Make certain power to water heater is “OFF” before removing

protective cover FOR ANY REASON.

CAUTION:

Label all wires prior to disconnection when servicing controls.
