Receive Error Ratio is the ratio of frames rejected per second to
frames accepted per second.
Action: If this happens frequently, check the line for noise, and check for
configuration errors on both the port and the connected device.

(Utilization) has exceeded the

value.) Percent of Receive Port utilization is the ratio of non-flag
characters to total characters being received by the port.
Action: If this happens frequently, you may need to add ports or reroute
some traffic.
