9A656-04/9A686-04 Configuration Guide

BUS Multicast Send VCC (Read-Only)

Displays the VPI and VCI of the Multicast Send Virtual Channel Connection (VCC) that the 
LEC has with the BUS. This connection is used by the LEC and the BUS to send all broadcast 
transmissions for address resolution. This connection is also used for unicast and multicast 
transmissions, when the destination address is unknown. If this LEC is participating in an 
ELAN, this connection is mandatory.

BUS Multicast Forward VCC (Read-Only)

Displays the VPI and VCI of the Multicast Forward Virtual Channel Connection (VCC) that 
the LEC has with the BUS. This connection is used by the LEC to receive data from the BUS 
about address resolution. If this LEC is participating in an ELAN, this connection is 
mandatory.
