34) Unscrew the retaining screws of the com-

pass housing door and take off the door
from the housing

35) Disconnect the grounding strap between

door and housing. If the operating and
control unit is mounted in the door, dis-
connect the unit from the masterboard
(plug connector J3). Place the door aside.

36) Gently turn the bellows, until the rubber

tongue points towards the front of the
housing.
