Performance Monitor
This section covers performance monitor by selecting DSL Port Performance
from EmWeb Menu. It includes:
ADSL Physical Layer PM {Physical Layer Info}
Allow you to view the performance information on physical layer by specifying
the definite unit. The procedures are as follows:
1. Click on “ Physical Layer Info ” of DSL Port Performance Menu.
The Physical Layer Info screen appears as follows:
Note: In this example, only port 1 is connected with CPE and that is why only
“No defect” value is displayed in the unit 1/port 1 row.

SNR margin
Noise margin value. (dB)
Attenuation Difference in the total power transmitted and the
total power received by the peer atu. (db)
Status Current status of the ATU line. The possible
values displayed are as follows:
No defect: there are no defect on the line
los: atu-r failure due to not receiving signal
