The power line inverters use a built in
ON / OFF / REMOTE device main switch.
This allows to set the functi on of the inver-
ter. In switch positi on OFF, the inverter is
switched off . Switch positi on ON will turn
on the inverter, independent of a remote
signal input or remote-control status. The
Remote switch positi on allows the con-
trol of the inverter to be operated from
the remote control or the remote signal
control input.
The operati ng status of the inverter is indi-
cated by 2 LEDs on the front of the device.
The green LED “POWERˮ illuminates when
the inverter is switched on and 230 V
AC voltage is present at the output. The
red “CHECKˮ LED indicates if operati on is
restricted or has been disconti nued.
The supplied remote control is used for
manual operati on of the inverter when
the device main switch is switched to
“REMOTEˮ. With switch butt on On /Off
❹
the inverter can be switched on or off .
The green LED “Inverterˮ

and the 230V AC voltage is present at the
output when inverter is in operati on. The
red LED “Check“
❶
indicates if the opera-
ti on is restricted or has been disconti nued.
The power line inverter can also be
acti vated from the additi onal remote signal
input when 12V DC control signal is
supplied (see upper drawing on page 11).
In this case the LED “Externˮ illuminates
❷
and indicates inverter operati on.
It is also possible that both LED “Inverterˮ
❸
and “Externˮ

are illuminated.
In this case, the inverter is acti vated
from the remote control and the remote
control signal input simulataneously. This
is e.g. the case when manually switched
on from the remote control and an exter-
nal control system has also acti vated the
operati on of the inverter by means of a
program-switched state.
