Receiving messages
A message transmitted to a device must consist of a sequence of ASCII codes:

" [ASCII 42] signifies the start of the message.

Two address bytes between 00 and 99 ( D = tens digit, d = ones digit ).
●
One or two ASCII codes (CC) for the desired command according to the function table on
page 4-24.
If it involves a command to change parameters, the new value is transmitted in the form of a
symbol byte "

" [ASCII 43] or -[ASCII 45], followed by a block of n-ASCII codes including decimal
point.
Symbol "CR" [ASCII 13] signifies end of message.

Transmitting messages
The format of messages transmitted from a device as a response to a data request
command is transmitted as follows:

One byte for a space [ASCII 32].
●
A text (desired value) consisting of a symbol byte [ASCII 43] or - ]ASCII 45] followed by a block
of n-ASCII codes including decimal point.
●
Symbol "CR" [ASCII 13] signifies end of message.
If it involves instructions or commands for change of parameters the device does not respond.
