802.1x:
The standard for wireless LAN
authentication used between an AP and a
client. 802.1x with EAP will initiate key
handling.
Access Point:
A hardware device that acts
as a communication hub for
Clients
(users
of wireless devices) to connect to a wired
LAN.
Bandwidth:
The transmission capacity of
a computer or a communication channel,
usually stated in Megabits per second
(Mbps).
Bridge:
A device which forwards traffic
between network segments with a common
network layer address, based on data link
layer information.
Client:
A PC, workstation, or other device
that connects to a network wirelessly

communications between two devices.
Default Gateway:
The IP Address of either

Destination Address:
