Troubleshooting
The device differentiates between two error categories:
Critical errors (CRE):
Normally, this type of error does not occur if the device is properly operated and installed. Except for the error
message
CRE_INTERLOCK
, such error message probably indicates a defective component in the device.
Errors (E):
This type of error normally occurs in the case of an error when operating the device. This does not include the
errors
E_TEMP
and
E_INT_SUPPLY
.
As reference point as to when a device is to be sent in for the purpose of analysis and/or repair, BRUSA has
defined the following maximum number of recurring error events:
