P3 - Port 3 (for test only) 4.8.13
Port 3 allows to read the internal status of the BVT3200.
It is composed as follows:

Syntax : EOT 0 0 0 0 P3 ENQ
Response : STX P3 > ABCD ETX BCC
Description : Allows direct read access to port 3.
Rules : A and B are always «0». The third character represents the
state of port 3 bits 4 to 7. The fourth character represents the
state of the bits 0 to 3. All the characters are hexadecimal.
