Adjustment (Main Unit)

Timing belt tension adjustment

1. Loosen the pan (S/P washer) M4X10 screw on the tension pulley assembly.

2. With a force of 2 N (200 g) pushing on the center of the belt, adjust the tension pulley assembly position for a

deflection of 3 – 4 mm.

3. Tighten the pan (S/P washer) M4X10 screw on the tension pulley assembly.
